Lib Dem London Assembly members Caroline Pidgeon and Stephen Knight visited Battersea Dogs Home to support its campaign against the abuse of dogs by unlicensed breeders. The campaign calls on the government to tighten the requirements for licensing and to ban the sale of puppies under eight weeks old.
