Caroline spoke to Vanessa Feltz on BBC Radio London around the prospects of applying smart road pricing in London.
Caroline said:
"I welcome a discussion on smart road pricing. It is something I have pushed for years.
"We are in an environmental crisis so we need to look at ways to reduce congestion and encourage people to use public transport and active travel options."
